HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All our orders are delivered by a next-day courier service. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in circumstances beyond our control, such as bank holidays.


Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm.  we recommend you let the recipient know to expect a delivery and to choose a date when they will be at home (you can select this at checkout), or you are welcome to opt for delivery to their place of work to ensure they receive the delivery on the day.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday. If you place your  order before 12pm on Monday to Thursday, they will be  sent the next day by overnight courier delivery, and usually arrive the following day (unless of course you specify a preferred delivery date at checkout).


If you order after 12pm on Saturday, your order will be sent the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.


We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays or the next working day following a Bank Holiday – 


We regret that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to deliver internationally or to Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isles of Scilly, and some rural Highland locations.


Of course, if your delivery is local to Wakefield or are able to collect, we can accommodate for deliveries the day after a Bank Holiday.


HOW DO I ARRANGE DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS, RURAL LOCATIONS, A SATURDAY OR AM DELIVERY?

Please contact [email protected] to discuss further as additional charges will apply. Deliveries are all however available to these destinations.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

We’re happy to include instructions on our packaging asking the courier driver attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. We’ll also ask for a contact telephone number from you when you order, in case the driver is unsure what to do.


If no alternative location can be found, the driver will post a card through the door advising that the parcel has been returned to the delivery depot with instructions for re-delivery or collection.


Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels left if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, or for parcels returned to the depot. We strongly urge that you arrange a suitable delivery time with the recipient to ensure they are at home at the time of the delivery.


WHERE WILL MY GIFT MESSAGE BE?

We include your hand written gift message on a gift card placed with the presentation box.




WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We strive to ensure that all of our products are packed securely and will arrive at their final destination as well as we intended. Unfortunately however we cannot accept any responsibility or claims for damage in transit. Due to the delicate nature of  our courier company cannot offer guarantees against any damage. We send out our products  every week and very rarely do we hear of them not making it in one piece!
